Hello Imagination Press (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected through helloimaginationpress.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices available to you.

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:
- Email list information: your first name (if provided) and email address when an adult joins our email list or requests a printable.
- Messages: information you include when you email us at support@helloimaginationpress.com.
2. Information Collected Automatically
Our web host may automatically receive limited technical information needed to deliver, protect, and maintain the Site, such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and timestamps. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers on the Site.
3. Email List and Outseta
We use Outseta to manage our email list and deliver requested printables and email updates. When you subscribe, Outseta may process your name, email address, subscription status, and related email-delivery information on our behalf. Outseta's handling of information is also governed by its own privacy practices.
Our email list is intended for parents, educators, librarians, and other adults age 18 or older. Marketing emails include a way to unsubscribe.
4. How We Use Information
- send a requested printable or other resource;
- send book news, launch updates, special offers, and other Hello Imagination Press emails to adult subscribers;
- respond to questions or requests;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site; and
- comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
5. Children's Privacy
Our books and some Site content are created for children, but our email signup and direct-contact features are intended for adults. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to provide personal information through the Site. If you are under 13, please do not submit your name, email address, message, or other personal information. Ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.
If we learn that personal information was collected online from a child under 13 without appropriate parental authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact us at support@helloimaginationpress.com.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Site and communicate with subscribers, such as our website hosting provider and Outseta. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our rights, or protect users or others.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The Site may link to third-party websites, including booksellers and other services. Those websites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites you choose to visit.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email. You may also contact us to ask about personal information we maintain about you or to request correction or deletion where applicable.

California residents may have privacy rights under California law depending on which laws apply to Hello Imagination Press. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
